During our initial consultation, you’ll learn more about who we are at T1, discuss your goals, talk about your fitness/injury history, and get yourself set up to start with us if you’re interested!
Our schedule shows classes labeled “Open Gym”. ALL memberships have access to Open Gym Sessions.
We limit our Open Gym Sessions to 12 clients per hour. This is to ensure we are able to give our clients the coaching, direction, and assistance they need throughout their journey with us. Our small group setting is great to ensure everyone has easy access to equipment and can build personal relationships with our staff and other patrons.
